Which 'Sister Wives' Star Will Divorce Kody Brown First?
Meri Brown is the best possibility for a first divorce for polygamist Kody Brown. Meri is the most disgruntled with the fact that Kody added a fourth, younger, prettier and skinnier wife, that she is jealous and that she can't give Kody more children.
Meri even tried to tell Kody how it makes her feel to see him with his new wife Robyn, but he wasn't listening. When she asked how he would feel if he saw her with another man, he said it would be disgusting. Kody just does not get it.
Meri has not been able to give Kody more children after their first daughter together. Meri is troubled by this fact and heart broken, yet Kody keeps pushing her to have more kids. He even suggested that Meri use fertility treatments, which she refused.
Meri and Kody's daughter, Mariah is now 15, by the time she is 18 and out of high school, Meri may be out of the house. What will she have to stay for after her daughter is grown? She is currently working on her degree in Psychology, I know, it is almost funny, if it wasn't so sad.
Janelle is the least likely wife to divorce Kody Brown of the hit TLC reality television show, Sister Wives. Janelle is happy to have sister wives to help her raise her own kids. She loves the fact that she has the freedom to work outside the home while knowing that her kids are been kept by one of her best friends.
Janelle is extremely overweight which also may keep her from leaving the fun loving surfer dude, Kody Brown.
Christine Brown, Kody's third wife, could possibly leave Kody if the tension between Kody, Meri, Robyn and Christine becomes too strong, although Christine does seem like a loyal polygamist wife, she is jealous of Robyn too.
Although, Robyn Brown, may seem like an unlikely wife to file for divorce against Kody Brown, there are several reasons that may turn her against him.
When the honeymoon phase is over, Robyn may see the light. Kody will not be able to keep up lavishing her with attention while neglecting his other four wives. As soon as it is split equally between all three, Robyn may see how difficult it is to put up with 1/4 of a husband.
If Kody Brown is arrested for polygamy, the game might be over for Robyn Sullivan Brown. The other wives have children with Kody, which may compel them to stay with him even through a heavy fine and jail sentence. But Robyn has three kids from a previous marriage and she may not want them to have a step father in jail.
If Robyn's ex husband, David Preston Jessop, fights her in court for custody of her children, she may have to leave Kody Brown. Robyn may have a rude awakening if her ex husband is not happy about the polygamist lifestyle that she has chosen for their kids. Jessop may be able to win custody. Robyn would then have to choose between her "soulmate" and her kids.. Hopefully, she will choose her kids.

Post a CommentHe is so full of himself. Those poor women have no self confidence. They deserve so much more than to share one man. I feel for Meri especially, the first wife. You can see her pain.
None of them really know what they want with the new marriage!
All sister wives have a good point as to why they could leave but,in the situation of Meri, will probably be the one who might follow through. Less Investmentl,and viably more possible. I notice that many of the kids do not want to follow in their parents footprints.They at this point want monogamas lives. I hope we will be able to watch the outcome. Tension is building.......
(continued from previous comment)... It's very obvious she's not happy sharing her husband and not happy that she lost a job that she really liked. So sad for her. The best part was when she asked Kody how he would like it if she had a second husband!! And he was so MAD! My overall opinion was decided after that exact comment-- which is basically that polygamy is BS because it represses the wives and it's a double standard. It's ok for him to sleep with 4 wives, but no OK for the women to do the same.
My only real problem is the children being exposed to this type of lifestyle, but then again, as they mentioned on the show, no child is able to chose the life they're born into-- i.e. born to crackheads, prostitutes, or born into families where the father is completely absent. So, in reality, this marriage isn't a far stretch from the relationships a man has where he cheats on his woman and has babies with several different girls -- in that respect, Kody at least TRIES to keep them ALL happy and tries to be a father! Do I agree with it? No.. But I'd rather see this then some pig of a man be married and secretly cheat on his wife and have another baby with the mistress (think John Edwards).
As for Meri, I definitely think she's grown tired of the lifestyle and continues to drop clues that she's had enough. She's probably waiting for her daughter to go to college and get her career going and then she'll probably leave Kody. It's very obvious she
I am more interested in how they can afford everything. I strongly suspect public assistance paying for their lifestyle, as in most other polygamists. Robyn previously lived in a trailer when she was legally married to her first husband, as his only wife.How could she afford a house as a single Mom without any job that we know of? Or a big wedding and honeymoon.Yet, Kody said in one interview how they got by "being frugal" and were "still paying for one daughter's emergency appendectomy" doesn't sound to me like the kids have any health insurance, maybe that's one of their methods.
i think it is pretty sad really... for the kids mainly... I think that if that is the life they choose then let them but not do it to the children... Plus i dont see where they think that ROBYN is Pretty... GAG!!!! i find her to be the ugliest and i also think she is out for money and fame... I feel the others are serouisly in it for love and are friends/sisters. however, i think that he is gaggy and that they could do better than him..
I think Janelle is asexual -or gay-and is happy to have little sex.
Robyn's first husband's last name is Jessop. They are big time Polygamists. I think its amazing that someone that was not raised in polygamy would choose this lifestyle. They must have very low self esteem.
I hope that Meri divorces him and the others follow. That probably wouldn't happen at least for the two that have six kids apiece! As for Robyn, I think he just wanted a younger, skinnier, prettier wife. Anybody want to join WAP (Women Against Polygamy)? Polygamist men need to be taught a lesson. I say all four of them should get a real man for themselves and just tell Kody what's good for the goose is good for the gander. He's such a manipulator as are all polygamist men.
