we are still selfish

we are trapped in self pity

we are fooled by material success

we are killing each other

we are distorting the truth

we are teaching arrogant science

we are abusing our children

we are neglecting the elderly

we are ignoring the lonely

we are avoiding the sick and suffering

we are abominating the different

we are degrading the weaker

we are blaming him for our own choices

we are cussing his name

we are denying his very existence

we are more concerned about religion than relationship

we are more interested in being right than being righteous

we are stuck in tradition

we are worshiping the created

we are afraid

God still loves us.

Let us get past our past and really learn how to love.
