1 (8OZ.) TUB OF COOL WHIP
2/3 CUPS OF SOUR CREAM .
2/3 CUPS OF CONFECTIONARY SUGAR
TO LESSEN THE CALORIES, JUST USE LOWER FAT COOL WHIP AND SOUR CREAM.
MIX THE SOUR CREAM AND CONFECTIONARY SUGAR FIRST AND THEN CAREFULLY FOLD IN COOL WHIP. SPREAD ON A DOUBLE LAYER CAKE, PUT SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT ON TOP OF THAT. PUT THE SECOND LAYER ONTOP OF THAT AND REPEAT. ITS A GIANT STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE FOR A CROWD.
THIS IS ALSO SO GOOD TO MAKE UP AND DIP YOUR FRUIT INTO.
