Also from Arianna Huffington, we have a column about "The Year in Shamelessness." The smiling author, one Paul Slansky (sounds like a wacky lefty, don't he?) began his diatribe with "For those who traffic in political absurdity, there's never a shortage of material." Damn straight Paul, damn straight! Paul seems to find Sharon Angle, Sarah Palin, George Bush, John McCain, Michele Bachmann, Glenn Beck (you're kidding? What's he doing on this lefty list?), Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, among many others, to be shameless for some bizarre, left-headed reason. All of those I mentioned are conservatives or Republicans. No, say it ain't so!
Then there is the photo on Vision To America...it's a photo of a sign sort of like a real estate sign on one's lawn advertising their home for sale. The sign is 1/3rd buried in snow and the words on the sign..."Stop Global Warming" of course! Looks like the signs admonition was taken seriously, cause it looks cold as a well digger's butt to me. Oh, dammit...I forgot, it's global climate change now. I guess all that snow in the UK is "change" so....
And then it get's too good to pass up mention. As a source of eternal jocularity, Huff Po comes through again by reporting Jimmy McMillian is running for president in 2012. Remember Jimmy....leader of "The Rent's Too Damned High Party?" Yeah, Jimmy! And Jimmy is aiming right for our president.
"If you don't do your job right, I am coming at you," Jimmy announced, adding "I know Barack Obama is an Internet hog. I know he knows that I am out there. But what he hasn't heard yet is that Jimmy McMillan is running for President of the United States of America." Jimmy then closed with "I'm coming after his black ass," referring to Obama.
Good old Jimmy says he is going to run as a Republican, and I think he'll fit in because as the Huff Po author stated "..., for those curious about his stance on global warming, McMillan says he isn't buying Al Gore's "punk" science." Now that's what I'm talking about!
And for the icing on the cake, have reader's heard Obama won the "lame duck?" I didn't even know there was a game! Anyhow the media says Barry won. Who could have seen that coming?
Well, that's it for the first installment of Whippy Leaks. You know there will be more, oh so much more.

I like your emphatic articles like this. Anxiously awaiting the next installment.
Snidely ... did you have to go wash your hands after typing Huffington post? I read there AND Media Matters to see where I'm going wrong and I always feel like I need a shower after visiting those sites. I used two bottles of visine after my first visit to HufPo. Great job!.
I'm with Donald, Whip. You are right on here... Keep 'em coming.
Run with this, please. Oh, the places you will go. You got something here, but don't let it go to your head. No really, this is great.
I like this, Jim... Reminds me that I often experience Glen as a personification of humanity "taking a leak."
Love this! LOL Good one, Whippy :) cheers
