Keeps Food Cold and Looks Good Too!
The Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator has one feature that I have always liked since it was first introduced, the exterior ice and water dispenser. This one also has an LCD readout that you can use to check on the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator sections. You can even make adjustments there, without opening the door.
The ice maker on the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator does a great job. I saw a review where someone complained that it was too noisy, but frankly I would like to hear that the ice maker is working.
We had the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator delivered and installed and Sears was nice enough to take our old refrigerator away.
The Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator has great organization. You have a crisper a meat keeper and a snack tray that are all easily reached. There is also storage for gallon containers in the door. Talk about convenience.
Having the exterior ice and water dispenser on the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator is also one way to help the environment. We don't need to use plastic water bottles.
The freezer of the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator is easily configured to. We were able t adjust the shelves to pretty much any way we wanted them. That was always a problem with our old side by side. You only had a couple of options.
I also like the way the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator has designed the shelves. They have spill guard which confines any liquid spilled t one shelf. There is nothing worse than having something spill in your refrigerator, and having to take everything out to clean every shelf below the spill.
The Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator is a good solid refrigerator freezer. We have had it for about two months, and I have been pleased with it. After the first month I got my electric bill and was amazed how much of a difference that having a new refrigerator can make. This refrigerator is Energy Star compliant, which explains the savings. The old one was using a lot more electricity than I realized.
I would recommend the Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator to anyone.

Post a CommentAs per the spill gaurd shelves...I think they are the worst design I've ever come across. The spill is contained...yes under the plastic between the glass...so you can't really clean them
