White Noise
Splinter.
A shard
of night spins - the shadow-
less shadow dodging
along the nighttime
edges
of a silent world
screaming
in an endless,
cacophonous,
stream of disorganized
chatter.
The old 'coon dodging
man's chaos - Chaos
hounding Bones; a tattered
and furred city dweller
heads home and the mind
rages
at the disarray
of a thousand simultaneous
thoughts
blocking the writer's
thought.

Post a CommentThat pretty much nails down what I go through if I suffer writer's block. This one says it all..."the mind rages at the disarray of a thousand simultaneous thoughts blocking the writer's thought." I know what you mean. I get a lot of ideas for my stories, but they come in droves and it's hard for me to put it down in a clear, organized writing style that would make sense to anyway.
Thanks - born of the frustration with not being able to write I fear! ;-)
Potent, as always! Sharp!
