2 Tbs all purpose flour
2 c white wine
Salt
Pepper
½ bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley
2 Tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic
Let butter come to room temp. and mix the softened butter with the flour to make a rue. In a medium skillet, add the olive oil and the clove of garlic, chopped. Let cook for a minute. Add your salt and pepper and the white wine. Cook the mixture at a hard boil for about 5 minutes. Lower the heat and add the rue to thicken the sauce. Last, add the parsley and serve over your favorite pasta with some nice crusty bread and a salad.
