White Women with Booty: New Phenomenon or Newly Acknowledged?

T. Lynn Amanti
We see it everywhere. Britney Spears is back in shape, Kim Kardashian has had her obvious enhancements, Ice T's wife CoCo, and J-Lo (though not white) also had quite the favorable reaction to her backside. Women everywhere went from trying to get rid of an ass in the 1970's and 80's to paying great money for a sizable, shapely ass from the year 2001 to present. Many people call it a new phenomenon because they haven't been exposed to shapely white women before, or perhaps it's just a sign that times are changing. Body consciousness is at an all time high and people are noticing more of the good, the bad, and the ugly. We will delve into the subject of body frame, booty in relation to race, what conditioning exercise can do, and finally what surgery can do.

I come from a family of "thick" people. My father's side of the family had "bubble butt" and the females had large breasts. I have a medium sized frame with hips and broad shoulders and an ass that even when I don't work out still juts out. I'm a very curvy woman and have been so all of my life. To me this notion that white women just started "growing an ass" within the past few years is not only ignorant to say, but I would go so far as to say it's a racially motivated statement that I would protest. To think that only one race or another can have a curvy body and an exceptional physique is ludicrous. It takes all combinations of race, features including height and build, eye color and hair colors to make beautiful women all around the world.

Now on to what physical training and exercise can offer to females of any race. Obviously heredity offers your frame to work with. Some body types may have a more difficult time putting on weight, taking off weight, putting on muscle, and putting on fat in the right places. What you have after genetics is motivation. I have seen great physical transformations in people I know once they set their mind to change. The perfect exercises to build muscle would be squats, lunges, leg lifts, and cardio in the form of running. I've never seen a seasoned runner with cellulite on their legs, or with a flat bottom. You may also consider drinking protein shakes to add weight, but be sure you are dedicated to your work out or the added bulk will come in the form of fat.

Finally onto what surgery has to offer to a woman with little to no backside. Surgery can come in two forms-you can get butt implants which are basically pad-like objects inserted under the skin to give the illusion of a plump bottom. Another option is having fat injected into your bottom to form a curvy backside. The fat is pulled from other parts of your body and injected and formed into a "butt". D list celebrity Kim Karsashian has stated she has never had implants which may be true, but she has definitely had fat injections in her backside. You can search the internet and find before and after photos. It's sad that females would go to such lengths for male attention, but in a country obsessed with image no one should be surprised. You can accept what God gave you, work hard to change what your body looks like, or you could buy it with surgery. Just keep in mind that most beauty is fleeting.

I just discovered your article today after posting an article on booty implants and other enhancements through cosmetic surgery. I like what you had to say and the person you are behind what you said. I will now follow your work.
