Maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush your teeth at least two times a day. After consuming foods rich in sugars, always rinse your mouth with water.

Use antiseptic solution such as Dettol or Listerine to regularly rinse your mouth. Doing so will kill the bacteria in the mouth and prevent dental infections and discolorations. Another excellent antiseptic is potassium permanganate solution.
Avoid foods such as coffee, tea, chocolate and wines. These foods contain pigments that cause stains to form on your teeth.
