Sara
Billy Bush, first cousin of president George W. Bush is an actor and television host for the popular TV show Access Hollywood. William Hall "Billy" Bush was born 36 years ago to Jonathan and Josephine Bush. Growing up in Rhode Island he attended St. George's School until he graduated and moved on to college in Waterville, Maine at Colby College. There he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both International Studies and Government. Also an athletic young man, Billy was the captain of his college men's lacrosse team.

After graduation Billy started off his career in entertainment. He did a radio show called "Billy Bush and the Bush League Morning Show" until he was fired in 2001 for making inappropriate comments on the air. Soon after he was picked up at the east coast reporter for Access Hollywood out of New York City. In 2004 he was promoted to co-host of the show when Pat O' Brian moved on to host The Insider.

Along with Access Hollywood Billy Bush has hosted a number of events. He hosted the Miss Universe pageant in 2003, 2004 and 2005 with Daisy Fuentes and Nancy O' Dell. He also hosted the Miss USA pageant in those same years. Access Hollywood sent Bush out to the 2004 summer Olympics in Athens, Greece where he chatted it up with contenders and did entertainment features. Billy was recently on the hit show hosted by Jeff Foxworthy Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? for his charity The Lollipop Foundation. Unfortunately he was outwitted by an elementary school student. In 2007 Bush also hosted Grease: You're the One That I Want! on NBC, a reality show casting characters for the new Broadway release of Grease, directed by Kathleen Marshall.

In the entertainment community Billy Bush is known as a prankster. Billy Crystal called him "the most annoying man in show business" after Bush started an interview with Naomi Watts at the Academy Awards by saying "What's up?" Bush asks questions that other interviewers either don't think or don't dare to ask. He asked Penelope Cruz to spell her boyfriend at the time, Matthew McConaughey's last name and she couldn't get it right. He also asked Britney Spears if Colin Farrell was a better kisser than Madonna. Billy brought pizza to the models back stage at the Victoria's Secret Fashion show and dressed up as "Richard Broom" to interview with Donald Trump for The Apprentice.

Billy currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife Sydney Davis and their three daughters.

Good article, people often see the resemblance but think nothing of it. :)

I've always wondered if he was related to the Bush's now I know. He's kind of cute too, didn't realize he's 36. May be too old to be calling himself "Billy".
