Who is Irina Shayk? Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2011 Features 'Bachelor' Contestants

With today's release of Sports Illustrated's 2011 Swimsuit edition, many people are wondering about cover model Irina Shayk. But unless you watch ABC's reality show "The Bachelor," there may also be quite a few pretty faces you don't recognize in this year's spread.

As part of last night's group date on the ABC dating show, "Bachelor" Brad Womack took three lucky ladies to an Anguilla photo shoot for SI's annual swimsuit issue.

"Bachelor" contestants Ashley Herbert, Michelle Money and Chantal O'Brien donned red bikinis- and sometimes less- as they romped in the sand and surf as part of an ultimate dream date with their Prince Charming. The girls and Womack were photographed by photographer Raphael Mazzucco.

And while the "Bachelor" SI shoot got a little risqué (don't worry, the offending "model" was given the boot last night by Brad), it drew a lot of attention to today's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition release, which was prominently plugged on the show.

This isn't the first time ABC has been tapped (or maybe they are doing the tapping?) for Sports Illustrated's swimsuit edition Last year, several pro dancers from the hit ballroom dancing competition show, "Dancing With the Stars" appeared in the magazine's annual swimsuit issue. Cheryl Burke, Chelsie Hightower, Edyta Sliwinska and Anna Trebunskaya strutted their stuff bikini-style for a memorable photo spread.

As for 2011 Sports Illustrated cover model Irina Shayk, she has been in the magazine's swimsuit edition every year since 2007, but her cover shot is garnering her a lot of attention this time around.

In the meantime, this is the stuff that major modeling careers are made of. Christie Brinkley, Tyra Banks, Irina Shayk and... Philly dentist Ashley Herbert?
