Who Killed King Tut by James Patterson

By James Patterson and Martin Dugard

I would have to say that I am a huge fan of James Patterson. I try to read everything that comes out by him. Usually I like the books that he writes by himself much Better than the ones he writes along with other writers.
When I seen The Murder of King Tut sitting on the shelf I was a bit skeptical of it especially when I seen that it was non - fiction. James Patterson writing a non - fiction book at first did not appeal to me. I must admit I put the book back at least three times before I decided to buy it. I have never been interested in ancient Egypt or the mummies for that face. But in the end I did buy the book.

It was actually a really good book. I found that I had a hard time even putting the book down. I was surprised that he put a story in with the facts which made it a lot more interesting of a read. I was expecting just complete facts which the book does give you but the story line he put into it was very good. As with James Patterson books I could actually picture the characters and what they were going through. And to think of what he was saying actually happens made it even better.

I do love his Alex Cross novels but I truly hope that James Patterson decides to write some more non - fiction books. I actually learned something that was interesting and the book held my attention the whole time. He truly is a writing genius. I highly recommend this book to anyone that likes James Patterson, even if your not into his writing style you should still consider reading this book.
