Santa Claus is an imposter.(John 8:32)
He is a counterfiet for the true meaning of Christmas.
Santa Claus does not represent our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is an icon of Satan that is used to deceive and destroy the hearts and minds of our children. (John 10:10) Santa has no Biblical basis, neither does his presence produce any Christian fruit. He has infiltrated and defiled a Christian Celebration which he really has nothing to do with. Satan (Santa?) wants to be the center of attention. He cannot stand the idea of Jesus Christ being glorified and magnified. So, he conjured up a plan to steal the show. Enter Old St. Nick, the Father of Christmas (the Father of lies). Satans "Stand In".
I know that a lot of parents, (including Christian parents) are really upset with me right now. But, the truth will make you free, and also make true believers out of your children.
Read this! "You can see how through the years it has changed now and Santa Claus has replaced the celebration of our Lord's birth. "Old Saint Nicholas" or "Santa Claus" has been interjected into the day to take away from the true meaning of Christmas. Santa Claus is portrayed as a god. He supposedly "knows all" as does God. ("He knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you're awake, he knows when you've been bad or good...") He has supernatural power as he flies through the air making stops throughout the world in one night. He comes down chimneys that would be impossible to enter and has an unlimited supply of toys in one sleigh. He has elves as assistants. (Elves originated in Scandinavian mythology. There were good and evil elves who could disappear at will.) The belief in Santa Claus is also based on a lie. This lie by parents undermines the trust of their children. Later the children may then doubt the reality of God because parents lied about Santa Claus. The emphasis is on receiving gifts in many homes, instead of exchanging gifts. Gifts for the Lord are forgotten." Betty Miller-"What About Santa Claus?" www.bible.com.
I agree with the author. Why should we protect our childrens ears whenever the truth is being told about a liar? Many parents will rush their children from the room whenever anyone mentions that Santa Claus is a myth. They want to protect the childs imagination and the joy of Christmas! Oh what a lie! What a clever deceiving trick of Satan. He is using the parents to help this lie to continue on. He is using someone that a child trusts and believes in to continue his legacy of deceit.
Who is going to tell the child the truth? What happens when the truth comes forth? How are you going to tell your child about Jesus? Will they believe you then?
Will they believe that Jesus is coming through the clouds to rapture the church in the air? (1 Thes 4:15-18) Afterall, you told them that Santa was flying in the air, and it turned out to be a lie? What about the blood of Jesus? When you tell them about how Jesus died on the cross for our sins, will they believe you then? Afterall, you said that Satan was the father of Christmas, and loved all children, and it was a lie?
I know that this is tight. But the truth will reign in the end. We, as christians should never tell our children that Old St, Nick, (Satans stand-in) started it all. We should tell them the truth that Jesus was born of a woman to die for the sins of the world.
Jesus lives! He supplies our every need. We live by faith, and not by Santa.
Tell your children that they do have a soul that they will have to give an account for. Tell them that Jesus is the reason for the season and that This Santa is liar. Santa is not real. Jesus is real!
If you are claiming to be "born again", and you are guilty of spreading this lie, then you can stop right now, and repent. Ask God to forgive you for placing another God ahead of Him and for not telling the truth. (Exodus 20:3) and (11 Chron 7:14)
Tell your child that you made a mistake, and you are coming to tell him/her the truth. Read the Bible to them so that they will understand the true meaning of Chrismas. Explain to them that Jesus is the true maining of Chrismas. He should get all of the honor and glory because He is the king of Kings and Lord of Lords.
After you have told the truth, stick with the truth.Watch Mercy and Truth stand up for you and your children.
Who is this Santa? He is an imposter.

I rated this article a 5. I would have rated it higher if there was a way. I haven't read a single article on AC or anywhere else that has such meaning. I do not know how popular this article will be..but I am forwarding it and hope that the "truth" will lighten my loved ones loads. Thank you so much.
