Who is Tormenting the Girls in 'Pretty Little Liars' from the City?

When the girls in "Pretty Little Liars" found a receipt that might have belonged to "A," Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Aria (Lucy Hale) headed to the city to see if they could figure out who it might be. During their time there, a few names and possibilities were brought to light. Spencer was quick to explore one of the potential culprits but there are two others that haven't yet been explored. Here is a look at the suspects.

Jenna Marshall

We know for sure that Jenna (Tammin Sursok) had a hand in Ali's (Sasha Pieterse) death. At the very least, she witnessed it with her boyfriend, Garrett (Yani Gellman). Spencer went to the rehabilitation center Jenna stayed in after she went blind, and stumbled across a former friend of Jenna's. He revealed that when she was at the center, she was determined, focused and kept saying that she had things to do back home. Spencer later stole the sign-in sheets for the center, and noticed that Garett checked in the evening Ali died, and checked Jenna out but neither of them signed back in. This reveal wasn't huge, but shows that perhaps another piece of the puzzle is fitting in to place.

Melissa Hastings

It seems crazy to think that Spencer's sister, Melissa (Torrey DeVitto) would have anything to do with "A," considering her husband Ian (Ryan Merriman) was set up as being Ali's killer. However, since his death, she has barely been seen and Aria mentioned that Melissa lives close to the address on the receipt they found. Melissa had strong motives for wanting Ali dead, as Ian seemed to be involved in a seedy fling with her. Not only that, Ian also kissed Spencer, so it's not hard to see why Melissa might have wanted to punish them both. She isn't an obvious choice as a suspect, especially not to Spencer, but she is certainly worth considering.

Mona Vanderwall

Whenever something is happening, Mona (Janel Parrish) always seems to pop up from nowhere. As Spencer was just about to head back to Rosewood after visiting the city, Mona appeared behind her! She said she was indulging in some retail therapy after her split from Noel (Brant Daugherty), but it seems a bit too much of a coincidence that she would just happen to be in the same place as Spencer. It gives the impression that she has spent a lot of time in the city, perhaps visiting Jenna, who she seemed to connect with at a Halloween party a few years back.

At this point in time, literally anyone could be "A," or involved in helping "A" torment the girls. Everyone is a suspect, and with time the list of possibilities is only getting longer.
