Who wants peace on earth? Every parent with young children, and many grade school classroom teachers can relate to the need for a little peace and quiet. If noisy children tend to upset your serenity, going to Chuck E Cheese for lunch is not the place to be. How about when you are trying to sleep and a neighbor's music sounds like a live band is playing next door?
