Who Wins when We Vote?

It is time to vote again, and boy do we have some great choices. This is the first time that I can remember that we had two nobodies running in one party running against another nobody in the other party.

Let's first look at a lady that started off with a big mess in her home state of Arkansas about some real estate deal. She and hubby were having trouble but all was forgiven when he ran for President. She rode his coat tails while he was in office but seems like as soon as he left office so did she. She ran for office in New York and was elected to the Senate, I believe. That doesn't really say much because we all know that those people can't be to smart because look who else they have been electing for years. She only has a few years experience in any office, unless you count telling her hubby how to be President. She says she is going to change the world. She is pushing socialized medicine and a lot of uninformed people are trying to tell us how great it will be to have free medical care. Before you get to excited about socialized medicine you might want to check with our neighbors to the north. Canada has had it for years and will tell you that it doesn't work. Why not just lower the insurance cost? But that would be to simple and the loss of big campaign money. What was I thinking, if they would do that then it would make it better on the voters and we can't have that. Well for those of you that want a woman in the White House at least find one to run that can look you in the eye when she speaks.

OK, folks, on to number two. I'm not against an African American being in the White House. It is just that I think he should have more than two years in politics. But I guess that is just me. A couple of other things that sort of bother me is that I thought that once a Muslim always a Muslim. I don't now for sure but it almost seems that maybe some people might think religion is like a jacket. Just change to what people want at the time. I also heard a rumor that he once wrote a book putting his white mother down and that he had a hatred for all white people. Then wrote a second book saying he didn't mean what he said in the first book. If this confuses you then join the crowd. It would really bother me knowing that we had a President that was having trouble making up his mind whether he liked me or not. If he can't make that decision then how will he handle the world problems which are a little more serious. I have to admit he is a better choice than the one that he is running against. Not much but a little.

OK, now let's cross the fence and look at the other party. In this corner we have a war hero or so it has been said. It was also said that he is for the people. He wants to lower taxes and make the government smaller. That is all great and good but I have to ask if he is going to do this then why does he always vote it he the other party on tax matters. Maybe he isn't for the people as much as he wants us to believe. I don't know but I am concerned about that one. He has two sons in the Armed Services. His wife just called and told me that on a recorded message. Nice of her to call tho.

There you have your three main choices. I didn't put their names in because if you aren't smart enough to know who is who then please do me a favor! DON'T VOTE!!!!! Please know enough about your candidate to at least vote with some knowledge about who is running for office.

Of course, there is one other choice. ME. That is right; I am running on a honest platform. I don't care about your problems, I just want the money, and my wife wants to have a party in the White House and my dog, Soap, is house broke, just in case you were wondering. So until next time, have a great day and vote smart. God bless and keep you safe.
