1 tsp Sea salt

¼ cup Honey

1 tsp Baking power

¼ stick fresh ground Cinnamon

½ nut fresh ground Nutmeg

¼ cup Flax seed

1 Apple

1/3 cup chopped Walnuts

4 Bananas

First in one bowl mix the water, salt, honey. Then in another bowl mix the flour baking power, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flax seed. Then mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in one bowladd enough flour to make the mixture so it does not pour. After mixing them well place this mixture them on a large cookie sheet that has been greased with organic butter. Spread the mixture out so that it is about 1 inch thick, like you would do with a thick crust pizza. Place it in the oven at 325F. Bake until nicely brown.

Topping

In another bowl mix one chopped apple, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, and 4 bananas. Place this in the freezer to cool. Don't forget them.

When the baked pancake is done smear a little organic butter on it. After it cools little spread the toppings on it. What ever is left over put in the refrigerator. It makes a tasty snack latter. If you like cut the pancake in half then slice it down the middle. On one half add some of the topping to the middle and save for latter.
