Whoopi Goldberg Confronts False Allegation from Michaele Salahi

Whitehouse Gatecrashers Attempt to Stir More Headlines

Looks like the Whitehouse "gate-crashers" are trying to make more headlines. Michaele Salahi is now accusing Whoopi Goldberg of "outrageous abuse" after appearing on The View on Wednesday.

Salahi has apparently reported on Facebook that Goldberg hit her. When the allegation of the physical contact was disputed by the actual video tape of the show, Salahi changed her story to claim that Goldberg verbally abused her after the show in a dressing room.

It is not a good idea to make false claims against a passionate and forthright person such as Whoopi Goldberg unless you are fully expecting to be confronted with your dishonesty. Goldberg admits that she confronted Salahi backstage with the accusation that Whoopi hit her and, needless to say, Goldberg did end up throwing some "choice words" her way.

Salahi's husband decided he would jump in the mix and whipped out his Blackberry to take pictures. Needless to say, Goldberg had some "choicer words" for both of them.

The Salahi's have shown their true colors and their absolute desire to be in the spotlight. It does not speak well of the American populous that they would allow such people to earn a small fortune in a reality show in which you need no talent to apply. When individuals with such low ethics and very little moral fortitude are lifted up, as the Salahi's have been, America looks smaller and more pathetic. Media whores that have to disrespect or be dishonest to others are fake. When we allow fake individuals to benefit as such for their dishonesty, we become less as a whole in the name of entertainment.

Michaele Salahi has no talent. There is nothing remarkable about her, whatsoever, including her looks. Salahi is not in the same league with Goldberg and could never come close to competing with Whoopi, even if she had several lifetimes to try.

Whoopi Goldberg has always been a forthright, honest and passionate person. She has made every attempt to work hard and show respect for other people. Some call her behavior bizarre because she told her audience that as far as she knew Mel Gibson, he wasn't a racist. There is nothing bizarre about being honest about what you know as true for yourself. Whoopi Goldberg deserves credit for having the courage to stand up and tell the facts as she knows it. She has worked hard all of her life, many times fighting adversity, to earn the right to have an opinion and to enjoy the fruits of her work. Goldberg has at least ten (10) major motion pictures under her belt, not to mention a Grammy, seven (7) Emmys, two (2) Golden Globes, a Tony Award, an Oscar, a British Academy of Film Award, four (4) People's Choice Awards and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She is also a comedienne, songwriter, producer, talk show host and political activist. Of all people, Whoopi Goldberg should not have to put op with the arrogant whining of a self indulgent, disrespectful, dishonest celebrity wanna-be.

I know very few people who would tolerate having a stranger lie about them. If Salahi wants to lie about people, she should take care who she lies about.
