Why have I been distracted?

Why has my writing retracted?

Why have the words not flowed?

What has been the reason?

Why have I been distracted?

Why am I not creating new material each new day?

Why does my pen not write away?

Oh why does my writing not flow?

Why is my writing pad not hot, nor aglow?

Why have I been distracted?

Why when I use my keyboard?

Why does it not burn hot?

Why does it not sigh with overuse?

Why are the keys not screaming from abuse?

Why is my mind devoid of ideas?

Why, it's because I'm distracted.
