Spreadsheets for New Content Producers
If you are a new Content Producer on Associated Content, the entire experience may be somewhat overwhelming for you. You will be writing articles, networking with other Content Producers, promoting content, and trying to learn how to integrate things like SEO keywords into your articles. Keeping track of your daily and total page views with a spreadsheet can allow you to keep track of your clout index on your own, and can also allow you to figure out what marketing techniques are most effective for increasing page views.
Spreadsheets for Advanced Content Producers
As you become more established on Associated Content, it is likely that the number of daily page views you get will increase, regardless of the marketing techniques that you use. Keeping a spreadsheet with respect to your daily page views can allow you to see long-term, gradual changes in your daily page views, whether they increase or decrease.
More advanced content producers often rely on page views to make an income on Associated Content, rather than upfront payments. If this is the case for you, seeing long-term trends is important because it will alert you if your content is becoming stale before the proverbial well "dries up." Using a spreadsheet program to compile this data and graph changes can give you a simple visual representation of these trends.
Spreadsheets for All Content Producers
Keeping a spreadsheet of your daily page views, total page views, and clout index can be a simple way of tracking your long-term progress on Associated Content. Beyond this, using a spreadsheet to track your process on Associated Content can be a motivational tool. Seeing daily page views increase over the course of weeks or months can be inspirational and can help you know to what extent you can depend on Associated Content as a supplementary income.
Whether you are a new Content Producer or a long-time writer for Associated Content, using a spreadsheet to track your daily and total page views, as well as clout index, can be useful and motivational. Numerous programs exist, such as Microsoft Excel, Numbers, OpenOffice Calc, and Google Documents. The latter two spreadsheet programs are free, so there's no reason why you can't use a spreadsheet program if you have a computer with which to write articles for Associated Content.
If you can think of any other reasons why a Content Producer on Associated Content should use a spreadsheet program, or if you track your progress on Associated Content with a spreadsheet program, please feel free to share your thoughts or advice in the form of a comment. Thank you for reading!
