Why the Bars Can Be a Bore

Bars are sometimes lots of fun and people can have a great time feeling free in a world of responsibilities. As they stumble through the lines of people and shake their "booty" for the world to see one has to wonder, "What is the purpose of all this action?" It seems crazy to slam back the drinks, drain your wallet and kick boots every weekend without anything to show for it.

The problem with clubs and bars is the people. The people seem distanced from the ability to have a real relationship with anyone. As they are dressed so sexy in their mini skirts and tight jeans you will find them very willing to flirt but not so willing to make a "connection". They have an invisible force field around them which says, "You can touch but you can't take it home".

Each and every night of the weekend we lonely men dress up in the expectation that the next beautiful woman will like us and want us. As the night closes we come to the realization that not everything turned out the way hope. A feeling of hopelessness sets into our conscious and we go home alone.

There are two main problems with bars and clubs and they are that it is hard to talk to others and few women go there to meet the man they will marry. The bar is only a place to blow off some steam and isn't taken serious by anyone. Therefore, one cannot go to the club with any expectation of meeting their next love.

However, that doesn't mean the bar and club doesn't have its place in the world. These are places that can give an avid dancer some exercise, allows people to relieve stress, and encourage people to see others in their community. You might even take note of the pretty girls in you area. Just because you probably won't pick someone up doesn't mean it's a complete waste.

Chasing Dreams instead of Chasing Women

It may make more sense to chase your dreams instead of chasing women. People often believe that when you don't go looking for women they often come to you. The indifference you might display to a girl in a miniskirt might send her into a frenzy thought about what is wrong with her. She will think, "There must be something special about this guy that he thinks I am beneath his standard".

The very fact that you are not running her down like all the other guys means that you have class and style. Women are not often used to guys who have something more going on in their life then to chase women. They find such men very appealing because they are stable and have dreams.

You might also want to skip the bars altogether due to the amount of time you waste the next morning trying to get out of bed. If you are a busy man with a job, business, goals and dreams you might not like waking up around 11:00 am every day. This can really hamper your dreams and goals.

Focusing on your dreams and what you want out of life instead of chasing women doesn't make you a weird or odd person. It makes you sane in an insane world. There is more to life then spending all of your money looking good and please women. You can be better then other guys by having some direction.

There is a saying that you can "laugh today and cry tomorrow". Back when many of us graduated as high school sports stars and lived our lives through that though we come to a realization 10 years later that everyone has passed us up. Go for your dreams and the girls will go for you.
