Why Should You Become a Celebrity Nanny? '" Part One

Ricky Clark
If you are not the static type of individual, you are not looking to sit behind a desk for at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and perform the same repetitive, dull tasks. A more complete, adventurous job might sound rather appealing to you. Have you ever considered becoming a nanny for celebrity babies? If you are thinking about getting a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or marketing, you might have second thoughts after reading this article. A job as a nanny might not suit you that well, anyway. But, if you are truly thinking about entering an early childhood education program and getting your bachelor's or master's degree in teaching, you should definitely pay close attention to what you are about to read.

You are young and your heart is filled with high hopes and inspiring dreams; you want to accomplish so much in life, but you grow to discover that life is not exactly like "a box of chocolates." Sometimes you know exactly what you are going to get: unemployment and long hard rides to job interviews, only to return home with a sour taste in your mouth. Times are not that great anymore and the economic and financial crisis have definitely put their ugly marks on all of our lives. Many sacrifices were and still have to be made, and finding a decent job that can pay the bills and help you save a little is not a stroll in the park anymore.

However, this does not mean that you have to give up your education; you need to go to college, get your bachelor's and even your master's degree in early childhood education or the educational area of interest, and receive the best training you can. The job trends for this particular profession are not looking that bad after all, and even though job growth is not that impressive, at least it still exists.

Becoming a kindergarten teacher or an elementary school teacher is always going to be your top choice once you graduate; but, what if you could take care of Matt Damon's or Brad Pitt's children in the meanwhile? What if you could become their nanny and get a taste of their luxurious lifestyle at least once? It is true you will have to jump through hoops just to get an interview, make it through it, and your credentials would have to be impeccable. But, once you can show Angelina Jolie your pretentious master's degree in early childhood education that you have obtained at Kaplan University or another top-notch university and prove to her you have what it takes to take care of her children and even cater to their early education, you should be good to go.

Celebrity nannies normally live with their employers in their splendid homes, they travel along with the whole family on expensive vacations and they enjoy the perks of the "high life". In terms of financial rewards, you could be making some really fat paychecks up to $87,000 per year (at least $30 per hour).
