My general rule of thumb is...
"If I can't read or understand the ingredients of a product I don't put it into my body."
As it relates to energy drinks I am apparently not alone. Here are common concerns voiced openly about unhealthy energy drink consumption today.
*** Caffeine Side Effects ***
When someone overdoses on drugs or alcohol there are normally direct signs available to witness. Unfortunately, caffeine doesn't operate exactly the same way even though heavy doses have been scientifically proven to be harmful for the body.
Common side effects of to much caffeine include but are not limited to...
• High Blood Pressure• Osteoporosis• Infertility• Heart Disease
Energy drinks as a whole contain far more caffeine than beverage counterparts like coffee and/or tea.
*** Crashing ***
I'm no doctor.
That is for sure.
However, my own biggest beef with energy drinks is the crash. If you've tried these products you know what I'm talking about. Sure, they give you the jolt you are looking for, but when the influence of their energy boost is gone you are normally more tired and fatigued than you were to start with.
Some think the obvious answer to this is to drink more, not less. This results in addictive behaviors, which can lead to even more caffeine pumping through a person's veins.
*** Other Concerns ***
Many seem willing to put themselves in harms way as it relates to caffeine. Others take it even a step further by mixing alcohol with their energy drink for an "even greater" experience.
Perhaps this is why the FDA has stepped into the mix by wanting solid proof from a number of energy drink suppliers on the safety of the products they are bringing to market.
*** The Healthy Energy Drink Solution ***
What if there was a way to get the power from an energy drink without the caffeine concerns?
What if there was a way to get the boost your looking for in a sustained fashion that releases over time rather than dropping you like a rock?
What if the Brunswick Lab put their seal of approval on every can of this antioxidant rich drinks?
What if each can was based on a combination of 12-fruits including...
• Acai• Cranberry• Wild Blueberry• Apple• Grape• Elderberry• Wolfberry• Cherry• Raspberry• Strawberry• Wild Bilberry• Boysenberry
What if you stopped "what if'ing" and discovered your solution by consuming healthy energy drinks today?
