Why I Couldn't Live Without My Cookshack Electric Smoker

Lana
As a family we loved our smoked meats and we have owned two wood smokers prior to purchasing our Cookshack Electric smoker and why we couldn't live without it is because we love it! Besides the easy convenience of smoking your meats, just prepare your food, heat up your smoker and place inside the size that we bought is small enough to fit in just about any space in your garage and even great for weeknights instead of just weekends.

We have been impressed by our Cookshack Electric Smoker because anywhere you have an outlet you can basically use it and in comparison to wood smokers the amount of smoke it emits is very minimal in comparison. We have used it for several different meats and have had great results each time. Our Cookshack Electric Smoker came with a handy how to DVD and cookbook which is a nice bonus for those that have never owned an electric smoker before.

I have two recipes that we often use during the weekday because of the convenience, these recipes are guaranteed to please any outdoor or adventurous palate and are very easy to prepare.

What you'll need:

4 fish fillets (whatever kind you personally like)
fresh lemons
