This can help your body gear up for some days without solid foods.

Store purchased fruit juices need to be avoided on account of the additional ingredients and sugars in the juice alone. You may also need to water down the juice. Keep in mind, you are doing this to purify your body; any extra stuff other than the juice of the fruit itself will cause more pressure on the digestive system. Drinking juice is just a way to help you manage the hunger pains associated with a fast.

The best juices to drink could be the ones you more than likely aren't acquainted with. Although apple and orange juice may sound better you will want to add chorella, wheatgrass and other green vegetables directly into the mix. The sweet fruits are made to make the juice a tad bit more agreeable. Apple juice could be coupled with the vegetable juices.

Furthermore, the temporary juice fast will only help with immediate problems. For instance, a 3 day juice fast will help to haste the recoveryrecuperation of a recent problem and also is thought to assist purify the blood. In contrast, merely implementing two additional days could strengthen your immune system.
