Since the Apple IPhone came out, it has been one of the hottest if not the hottest Smartphone around, but until recently there has been talk about a new Smartphone, the Google Nexus One, that is said to be, "The IPhone Killer." This Smartphone which you've figured out is made by Google. Even though both the IPhone and Nexus one look almost identical to each other there are many differences that makes the Google Nexus One a perfect choice for any buyer that is looking for a new fascinating cell phone to purchase.
Unlike the IPhone, the Nexus one is supported by different carriers. You can as of now use it on T-mobile, Verizon wireless, vodophone, and even have it unlocked. While on the other hand the IPhone is exclusively capable of using AT & T. Having the ability to be supported on multiple carriers allows more people to get their hands on a phone, because all they have to do is make the purchase. There would be no need for switching back and fourth between carriers just so you can have the phone of your choice. But if you are limited to one carrier then it would be much more difficult to get the phone you want. You would probably have to go to your last resort, switching carriers.
Then there's the camera. The Apple IPhone has a three point two megapixel camera, while the Nexus one has a five point zero megapixel camera. For a cell phone to have a five megapixel is outrageous, but it is starting to become more and more common in the world of cellular phones. The Nexus one is clear, and said to have a pretty quick snapshot. On the other hand the Apple IPhone's camera is decent, but the picture isn't great. Especially if you wanted it to print it for your self, or mass viewing.
Do you like multitasking? Well with the Google Nexus One you can do just that. No more closing applications to do something else, which can become very annoying. The Nexus One's loading speed is great, almost instantly. You can go to any website or application and know that you will be able to get in it. No waiting for websites or applications to load, but with the IPhone, you can only use on application at a time, you can't go and play a game then go quickly check an e-mail and respond then go back and resume your game.
The Nexus One will continue to grow with increasing features, causing the IPhone to slowly start decreasing in purchase rate. So you should go buy" The IPhone Killer!" Known as the Google Nexus One.
