hats why you have to wait a certain amount of hours to walk on it agin and why most of the stains come back. The stains like soda, pet urine, and etc, go straight through the carpet to the pad below and sets there untill you get new carpet. So do you think that is very healthy? How about the carpet fresheners? The ones you sprinkle accross your floor and then vacuum it up after. Did you know that all that sandy substace goes through your carpet and through the pad straight to the foundation?
So really it's like walking in a room with alot of saw dust in the air but it just smells better. Is that really healthy to breath in? I'm not a doctor or an expert but common sence will tell you no that these things are not healthy. Hardwood , tile floors, or vinyl are easier to clean and to keep clean. You don't have to worry about living in a nasty inviroment because you can see almost everything that is on the floor. Nothing can go through it and if you spill something you can get it up and not have to worry with stains soaking in or the pad not coming clean. If you have small children you can lay a blanket on the floors to lay them on because with carpet you never know what they are laying on. So if you have carpet you might want to invest in some hardwood, tile or vinyl floors. All it takes a a dust broom and a dust mop and they are clean and if you worry about bacteria use a bacteria cleaning spray or floor cleaner and then you know its clean. If you rather have carpet just make sure that you, animals and children are safe by useing a bacteria air spray or buy a air sanitizer for cleaner air. Watch what you and your little ones are around and make sure that the inviroment is clean for their health.
