Why I'm Hooked on Writing for Associated Content

contentdiva
Yes, it's true, I'm hooked on writing for Associated Content. It was only two days ago when I discovered the site. It seemed to be tailor made for me. A chance to write. And to be read! About anything that interests me!!! how could I pass up the opportunity to give my opinion about all sorts of things. Of course, like all good writers I was beset with anxieties about whether I would be good enough, would my articles be accepted, would people read my reviews, and of course would they be accepted by AC. Well, since it's only been a few days since I submitted my first article and have not yet heard back from AC these questions have not yet been answered

Nonetheless, brave soul that I am, I took the plunge and wrote my first review on the Shark Steam Mop. Well, okay, so AC hasn't gotten back to me yet about whether my review has been accepted, I'm assuming they will shortly . I'll let you all know when they do.

In the meantime, i didn't stop with my review of the Shark Steam Mop (which by the way, I love, both the review and the steam mop) I went on to write 4 more articles. That's a total of 5 articles in 2 days. I was on a roll! If I didn't have other things I had to get done I would have produced more. I decided it made no sense to wait to hear from AC. I would just plow on ahead. Writing for AC gave me too much enjoyment to stop now. As I stated above. I'm hooked!!!!

Why do I Love writing for Associated Content. I'm happy to enumerate the reasons for you.

1. It allows me to express myself.
2. I must carefully think through my ideas so as to be able to express them clearly and distinctly.
3. I can be as creative or not in my writing as I wish to be.
4. I like sharing with others what I like as well as what I don't
5. I feel I am doing people a service.
6. It's fun to be paid for doing something one loves. In my case that's shopping and writing. (Assuming Associated Content will choose my reviews. But I'm an optimist)
7. I have an uninterrupted voice to express my views. (Now that's a real delight!)
8. Writing for AC hones my skills for the not-so-great American novel that I'm writing.
9. I love to shop.
10. I have strong opinions and I enjoy expressing them without interruption. (See nos. 1 & 7)
11. I feel like i am communicating to the world. (whether they want to hear from me or not)
12. I look forward to feedback from AC and those others (See no. 11)
13. My brain is always working; thinking about and analyzing what to write, how to write it, what to put in, what to take out. More fun than crossword puzzles! More satisfying than Soduko. Perhaps it will stave of alzheimers.
14. I love to shop. (Yes I know i already stated that but what the heck)
15. It's fun to be published and see oneself in print. (That is, assuming Associated Content takes my articles., which I am quite optimistic about)

So in summing up, I suggest you too sign up to become an Associated Content Diva like me. It's fun, satisfying, creative, and profitable. (hopefully)
