Why It's Great to Live in Vegas

Vegas is a great place to live.The hot weather is an issue but you can make so much money here. I think that should be everyone's goal in this poor economy: that we should live in a state that has a better economy. Things are still booming in Vegas even if it's dead everywhere else. You can always make great money here in the gaming, entertainment and hospitality industries. Even though you will have 5 months of hot weather but the rest are great weather. Some states like CA are too expensive to live in with a poor economy. People are stealing now more than ever. It's not even fun to put up with crimes in California.

Crime was always a thing in CA that drove me away from it. At least there is less crime in Vegas. Here you will find some crime but that's only if you go to the more dangerous side of the town. There are good areas here and bad areas as well. The west side of town which is on the west side of Vegas is great but the East side of the strip is very bad with robbery and assaults. The houses here are dropping twice as low comparing to the last few years. An average three bedrooms house only cost $150,000 dollars nowadays whereas it used to be $400,000.

The gas price here is about $3.68 a gallon comparing to $5 a gallon in California. At least no one has to drive that far to work because Vegas is a small little town. It would only take you about 1 hour to reach the other end of the town. It's quiet here comparing to CA. You don't hear any noise on the street at all and it could be that there's not that many clique here trying to hang out at night. They make it illegal for you to park anywhere on the main driving street. Therefore, the main driving street has no car and it's very clean. The mail box is also something that is different. The mailbox comes with a key and your mailbox can't be access by anyone but the key holder. The outgoing mailbox is also locked and you don't put mail on top of your mailbox like in CA.
