As a female with fertility issues, I was angry at God for a long time. I was angry at God for making me infertile when unfit mother's are having children right and left. I was mad at God for taking away my maternal rights for many years. After the years went by I got more and more used to the idea of not being able to conceive naturally. I realized that being angry with God wasn't going to change anything or make the situation any better. I wanted to have a personal relation, and I didn't want my anger to get in the way any longer.

As Christians, we have to be slow in anger because God himself is slow in anger. "Then the LORD passed by in front of him and proclaimed, "The LORD, the LORD God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in loving kindness and truth (Exodus 34:6)." Exodus isn't the only place in the Bible where God's slowness to anger is mentioned, Numbers 14:18 also references Gods slowness to anger, "the LORD is slow to anger and abundant in loving kindness, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generations."
The Bible also claims that it's unwise and foolish to be angry at all. Proverbs 16:32: "he who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city." Proverbs 15:18 "a hot-tempered man stirs up strife, but the slow to anger calms a dispute." Proverbs 19:19 "a man of great anger will bear the penalty, for if you rescue him, you will only have to do it again." Ecclesiastes 7:9: "Do not be eager in your heart to be angry, for anger resides in the bosom of fools." A wise man is seldom ever angry, and knows better than to be angry at God. It takes a strong person to not be angry, and we shouldn't be angry at God since we find our strength in him.
It's never alright to be angry with God because God loves us, and God is even love. "1 John 4:8: "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." When we're angry at God, it's hard for us to love him. When we're angry at God, it's also hard for us to feel God's love. God is our maker, and it's never alright to have any anger towards him.
