We live a busy life with work and family how can we take care of ourselves. We should make time even if its 10 minutes a day. Them 10 minutes will make you feel relaxed. Find your favorite spot in the house and sit with a book or a paper. Whatever you do just sit. There are many ways to pamper ourselves it just of matter of doing it. Some great ways to do so are:
Hit the gym and burn some calories
Clean out your closets
Go to a movie with an old friend
Take up a hobby or sport
Buy yourself something nice like a new coat or cd
Go to a spa and visit
Take a mini vacation
Stress happens to everyone so if we just kick back and take care of ourselves it can reduce it. Stress will happen to you if you let it. I know its hard to get out of the house once in awhile but we need to. Too much stress can cause heart attacks, weight gain, headaches, and more medical problems.
We don't need any more problems or issues in our lives. When you can take a few days out of work try to do so. Use up them vacation days and sick days. If you want to save them up for a real big vacation planned that is fine.
The best way to pamper yourself is to buy a whole bunch of scented candles and light them up in your home. I love the smell of candles my favorite smell is apple and vanilla. Pick the ones you like. Make a special dinner for youself and than take a bath. Light them all up not only will it be relaxing but a pretty setting for yourself. We all need a little break form kids, housework, and our job.
