But nothing could hinder me from favoring the online banking. It has more things to offer to me than those which could make me dislike it. Online banking has changed my life! Whether you like it or not, online banking is the future - you have to do it sooner or later.
My friend, our world is getting too fast. Our daily life moves too fast. We simply cannot negotiate with inefficiency anymore, not like what we used to be in the past. Modern life demands efficiency in whatever we do. Now, this 'efficiency' is what online banking can offer to you. Ask yourself, do you like to que up at bank counter? Not me. Yes, many banks have deposit machines nowadays but I rather do other things which are more beneficial than paying bills. You see, when I pay bills, I am actually spending money - this is wrong - I need to advocate most of my time making money, not spending money! Time is money. While I do my things, like when I am waiting my Excel to calculate the cells (lets say it took a long time to complete the calculation) - I would surf internet and logon to my account and pay my bills! It is like cooking while my washing machine is washing my cloth!
Perhaps I would tell you more on how to overcome the safety / security problems in doing online banking. Now I want you to know what we can do with online banking, what services we can get through online banking. The following are examples of what you can do through online banking:
> fund transfer
> pay bill (utility, satellite TV, internet services, insurance, city council bill, phone bill, securities, education fee (tertiary education), etc)
> prepaid reload
> buy shares (IPO)
> fixed deposits
> new application: deposit, credit card & loan/financing
You see, how much time you can save? How much problems (like traffic jam, hot weather, etc) you can avoid? And you know what, most of the banks I know do not charge service charge for online banking unlike over-the-counter services (because they need to pay the bankers/counter-officers).
Conclusion is you will like online banking.
