Why Do I Love Dogs?
They Are so Human
Dogs are human in so many ways.
They come to greet you, they want to play.
They jump on you, and wag their tail,
When you get a check, in the mail.
They come to greet you, they want to play.

When you get a check, in the mail.
They look at you with understanding eyes,
When the newborn baby cries and cries.
They show their love, they're such a gem.
I love dogs, most all of them.
