Why Love is a Lie
Ever since I can remember I always wanted to be a gangster. But when we were children we used to listen to this song on Valentines day about how someone was going to love us. After growing up and see that song and everything they told us as children was a lie, I decided to expose the whole thing. Just like the tooth fairy, and the easter bunny, love is just another made up lie. If they told use the truth from birth, that love was a lie maybe the world would be a better place. Perhaps people would stop searching for something that is harder than finding the pot of the gold that the leprechaun hides. Perhaps humans would tap into their true power, talents, and abilities. I wasted two years of my life believing in love. And for what ? For some memories that I burned in my flames of rage? I say we stand up to this lie and not let it defeat us! I say all the lost souls unite to cast a little darkness into the world! So this Valentines day let's not buy any overpriced candy or cards. Let's not even watch any Valentines related films or TV shows. And give the greedy liars a Valentines they will never forget!

Post a CommentI think the problem with love is that we were never taught how to love, and most importantly, that we needed to love ourselves first. I personally believe in a "love trinity". You love God, you love yourself, then you are able to love others. But you have to love yourself and a higher being before you can ever express love the healthy way. The world is full of sick love--obsessive and possesive love. People don't want their loved ones to leave the house, he/she has to tell their partner what their doing, where their doing it, and so on. It's an invasion of privacy now. Women are now snooping through their man's things. It's just all obsessive, and it's not cute at all.
