Why are the American people the last to know the secret undisclosed going on in the government? Today is November, 07 2006 and a thought comes to my mind when life was somewhat simpler, and I'm not even an old timer, my grand mother God rest her weary soul, voted faithfully at every election, those were turbulent times in America when the Black American and The Civil Rights movement brought along change and great sacrifice. The agenda in America needs a complete overhaul on both political ends, are we so much indifferent in our agendas until we cannot come to a fairness of policy and procedure that is unbiased? It seems today that political correctness is about The Big Corporate Machine and not truly for We The People, there is blood living on this land we call America, lets tell it like it really is what's going on. Anyone that has a true voice in this great land of ours stand up and fight for what is right-so called liberal and so called conservatives are on the battle ground for the senate and the not so soon to be Presidential Election Run Off in 2008, the officials have been elected by what people? At the present electronic e votes should be abolished until a later time in the future where every vote will be meaningful and truly count. As our inner conscience tells us, there is something terribly wrong, but we just can't put our finger on the open womb.
When my grandmother, my mother and my predecessors turn in their grave, where is the justice of stonewalling the issues in need of serious repair.
Let me see, the economy for the working class slipping into oblivion ruin, the Almighty dollar In God We Trust?
The truth in lending policies-Adjustable rates, loss of homeownership?
The ongoing futile war in the Middle East, more tax payer dollars without accountability.
The rising expense of health care, my grand mother worked for hard earned meager wages, never complained a day in her life.., until she grew weary of social security and a flawed system that feeds the sick as much FDA approved medicine, corporate America and the handshakes that incidentally make the wealth richer by the millions.
Tell me do we have the right to vote in ignorance or in the prosperity that all of our forefathers savagely died for?
We have somehow stumbled and lost our way in being too self opinionated, if by chance we have honest government officials that will do the will of the public-then go figure it out and vote your right voice.
