According to the MSDS Sheet section 3: Hazards identification, it is very hazardous in case of eye or skin contact, ingestion or inhalation, which would lead me to believe right out of the gate that injection is probably not the most prudent thing to do. It is Toxic to the liver, kidneys, and central nervous system. It also receive a number 3 and 4 for health on the MSDS rating scale, (very high). The MSDS claims carcinogenic effects are not classifiable, however some studies have shown a very high rate of Leukemia and other problems with test animals.
Other names for Phenol:Carbolic Acid, Benzenol, Phenylic Acid, Hydroxybenzene, Phenic acid
Phenol is used for many things including a sterilizers, plastics, pharmaceuticals and more. Due to the numbing effect it has, it is used in some chloraseptic sprays for sore throat and mouth sores, but even in low concentrations useful for this purpose it is NOT recommended for children under the age of 3. I personally would not recommend it for anyone, as there are herbs and plants that can do the same thing much safer.
I could not find a suitable reason or explanation as to why they put phenol in vaccines. Phenol is a caustic substance, in other words it can eat away at cells. According to the book Immunization: History, Ethics, Law and Health by Catherine Dioti MA, Exposure may result in systemic poisoning, weakness, sweating, headache, shock, excitement, kidney damage, convulsions, cardiac or kidney failure, and death. Tests are indicating that Phenol in vaccines serve as a Phagocyte inhibitor which means it reduces the immune response and inhibits the immune systems ability to respond instead of stimulating the immune response. The whole purpose behind vaccines it to stimulate the immune system into responding to disease but the addition of Phenols appears to be totally counter productive to the process.
OSHA.gov confirms many other reports to it's toxicity in it's effects on animals. It is an eye, mucous membrane, and skin irritant, it absorbs through the skin and can cause convulsions as well as liver, kidney, and systemic damage. The primary reactions to short term exposure are its toxicity to the motor centers in the spinal cord which induces twitching and convulsions. Glaucoma was induced in rabbits injected with 5% phenol, and although the MSDS sheet does not show carcinogenicity of phenol, the OSHA page reveals that 36% of the rats given 2500 ppm of phenol in their water for 2 years developed Leukemia and rats exposed dermally developed skin tumors. OSHA goes on to conclude that effects on human exposure is similar to that of animal exposures.
I am really baffled, OSHA has rules to protect employees, some of which are ridiculous, like one company I worked for had two large, 8 foot wide doors that were opened all the time, and right next to them, (less than 12 inches away), was an entry door which by OSHA rules had to remain unlocked during working hours in case of fire, like we would take the time to open that door instead of running through the open door. OK, I understand the ruling because not all companies have an open door like we did, so it was a safety issue. Here is where I am so baffled, safety rules like this in a company, buckle your seat belt or get a ticket, but in all our feel good and do good policies, we are turning our back so a major industry can inject your babies by putting caustic, carcinogous, toxic chemicals like phenol in vaccines that can potentially harm your child for life or even lead to early death? What is wrong with this picture?

Disclaimer: This article is not intended to give medical advice. It is a call to educate yourself so that in making a decision where your child is concerned, you should take an active role in learning all you can from medical experts on both sides of the fence, then make an educated decision. we did not make an informed decision until one son got Leukemia and another developed Autism immediately after receiving his MMR vaccine. This has sent us on a quest to inform ourselves and others to seriously question what kind of toxic soups are being injected with the vaccines. Odds are if your child is injured by a vaccine, you have little or no recompense against the industry.
