Why President Obama is at Risk for Impeachment

Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution

Mitch Biggs
In the United States, Federal Officials are exempt from a recall election. However, Article One of the Constitution does provide for impeachment. There are very compelling reasons why President Obama is at risk for impeachment. At the heart of the matter is the Oath of Office. On inauguration day, President Obama took the following oath:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Rather than defend, preserve and protect the Constitution, President Obama has systematically set a course to dismantle the Constitution. The real question here is if President Obama has committed perjury. During his campaign he is documented stating that he wanted to fundamentally transform the United States. His appointments to the United States Supreme Court are clear evidence of a President seeking to create a judicial body that is biased toward liberal ideology rather than constitutional law. Furthermore, the President has been documented strongly suggesting that the Constitution is an impediment for his desire to redistribute the nation's wealth. (Politico.com)

The Oath of Office specifically calls on the President to preserve, protect and defend. Immigration reform is another example where the President has condemned the Constitution. Securing our nation's border is a national security issue. Politics have been allowed to be center stage as a bargaining chip rather than uphold the law. We are a nation of laws. Illegal immigrants are breaking the law. The Federal Government must uphold the law. More troops have been sent to clean up the oil spill than defend our porous border. Litigation with Arizona is far removed from the fundamental responsibility of our nation's security.

Finally, there is an abuse of power either by design or naivety. The appointments by President Obama have the least private sector experience resulting in the worst economic plight since the Great Depression. While stumping on job creation, the Presidential Staff has rammed through Health Care Reform, Financial Reform, denounced a War on Terror and created a debt crisis that threatens our sovereignty.

President Obama campaigned on transparency and has violated the trust of the American People. His failure to protect, preserve and defend the Constitution is grounds for Impeachment. President Obama has created derisive racism rhetoric, failed to maintain national security and exploited his oratory gift to fundamentally transform this great county. His ideological narcissism is more of a threat to our nation than a stain on a dress during a critical lapse of judgment.

Obama has disregarded court rulings, issued moratoriums against drilling, has made every move to destroy this country, treason, lawless, against constitution, he is not serving to save USA, but working to weaken and destroy America. Not only is it obvious, we should have all FBI and CIA work to retrieve what has been going on behind closed doors with Richard Trumpka, George Soros, and Obama's ties with Saudi Arabia. Where are the trillions of incentive money that has vanished into thin air with nothing to show for it. We have been ripped off. How about just an audit of the Travel Office to learn how many millions were squandered by Michelle Obama and her entourage in Spain? Obama knows what he did when suing AZ, causing division rather than unity, inciting riots, siding with Mexico rather than a state in these United States, no care about the border murders, and threatening Americans to not defend their property or lives against invaders. Aliens have more right than Americans.

    Scotty
Yes I spent a good portion of my life flying the F-15. Pretty tough to meet the standards to qualify for a single seat fighter. Not what stupid people do. We often had a toast in the bar after missions. "Here's to protecting people we don't like and killing people we do not know". I raise my glass and toast you for your thoughtful comments.

the cic claims to be a military officer? if you could harness your grasp of constitutional procedural law we could toast some bread. What is it like being stupid?

Clinton hurt himself and was impeached. Obama hurt the nation and is at risk.

I dare the GOP to attempt impeachment. Finally the truth would come out. Fact: Under ICE, Obama has deported more than Bush including more convicted criminals and has audited and charged more employers who have hired illegals. We also have more border guards than any time in our history and over 10,000 more that we had 10 years ago. Health care reform has not been declared legally unconstitutional and the war on terror continues. So, please, go ahead and try to impeach him. Let the facts come to light televised for all. And then watch the GOP crumble like a house of cards in 2012. If you think this is what the majority of the people want our government to spend their time on, you will find out otherwise right away.
Oh and that debt crisis, don't forget to make sure you acknowledge that the cost of war on Iraq, which was borrowed under "emergency funds" and thus no where on paper, was actually accounted for in the budget.

What an outrageous compendium of nonsense. Not one of these so called reasons for impeachment have any valdity, not one. After what Bush did to the country and to the Constitution it is more than ludicrous to consider impeaching President Obama.

What about the crime of FRAUD? FRAUD is a FELONY with NO Statute-of-Limitations. Check out the legal definition on Dictionary.com and see if it fits Obama, ... and Pelosi, ...and ... There's also the crime of Misprision-of-fraud.
And then there is the crime of TREASON; TREASON is a Military crime and falls under Military jurisdiction. Let's see.... who claims to be a Military officer (CIC) and therefore falls under the jurisdiction of the Military?
Hmmm? FRAUD and / or TREASON?
