Why is Sarah Palin Still Held as a "Political Leader"?

As I watched the news today, as I do everyday to stay up to date with current events. I noticed on MS-NBC, Someone referred to Sarah Palin as a Political Leader. Now correct me if I am wrong, but didn't she resign as Governor of Alaska?. I'm sure she did, and wouldn't that mean that she gave up her political pull? This really bugs me because it shows that our elected officials do not take their jobs too serious, At least some of them. Think of it like this, if you quit your job, do you think you will still have the same pull with your constituents that you had when you were their boss? Absolutely Not, As a matter of fact they would probably laugh you out of the room and say "Hey, you aren't my boss anymore so get out of here."

I believe people need to start injecting a little bit of Logic into the things that happen on a day to day basis. Sarah Palin is a joke. She now uses Face book to say what she wants. Somehow everything she says is lies. She started the "Death Panel" controversy to try and stop health care for all of us. Why is she given this airtime when she is basically an unemployed ditz now?

Before the general election, I have never even heard of Sarah Palin. I am a registered Democrat but I assure you this is not why I am bashing on Mrs.Palin. I have some Republican friends and since she was announced as John McCain's running mate she has done nothing but prove how neurotic and dumb she really is. Many people think that she is the reason McCain lost the general election so bad. Granted, I think we all knew that George W Bush and his administration had already killed the Republicans chance at winning anyways, No matter who their candidate was.

Sarah Palin has done absolutely nothing for our country as a whole. She uses her children to gain sympathy from people, Then she takes everything to the complete extreme to try and make herself look like a victim. I am referring to when David Letterman made a joke about Bristol Palin. Sarah then tried to label David Letterman as a pedophile. This is ridiculous and the logic would say,"If you do not want your family to be the brunt of jokes, then keep them out of the media." I firmly believe that once you are in the media then you have to have an open mind, and be prepared to be the brunt of a joke or two. The fact is Mrs.Palin killed her own credibility with the way she handles herself. She lies and gets caught up in it about every other day. She lives her life as a lie, The other day I saw an article in Vanity Fair, where Levi Johnston (Bristol Palins' Ex Boyfriend and the father to her baby) had said that they went on a fishing trip and Sarah Palin did not even pick up a pole, she also asked him how to shoot a gun, Even though Sarah Palin has said that she is an avid hunter and fisherman. Granted Levi could be lying about this, because he knows it will get him in the news and he also knows when his 15 minutes of fame is over, he has to go back to Alaska a has been because we will not care about him any longer. The problem is she has lied about her stance on policies, she even wanted to hide her daughters pregnancy while she was John McCain's running mate because she knew that she would lose credibility because she had a teenage daughter that was pregnant. Look, I am sorry but you should not be ashamed of your children no matter what. This is not 1750, This is 2009 and teenage pregnancy is as common ass acne anymore. It might not be worthy of an award but you shouldn't try and hide the facts.

In closing all I am saying is Sarah Palin, Is not a Political Leader, She never has been, and now by law she has no political say what so ever because she resigned as Gov of Alaska. She quit, so furthermore she forfeits her political pull. The sad part to this is, she is so stupid she dominates the news every time she shows how idiotic she is and in turn that makes her more of a household name thus making her rich beyond her wildest dreams. It is sad, but I want it to be known, By law Sarah Palin has NO SAY SO WHEN IT COMES TO POLITICS ANYMORE.
