WHY SEXUAL HARRASSMENT of FEMALE STUDENTS is PREVALENT in CAMPUSES
It is disheartening when one considers the high level of sexual harassment of female students in campuses in many countries of the world over the years. Some male students are into the habit of raping female counterparts when there is no compromise as regards love advance. Members of secret cult groups in campuses often engage themselves in serious battle due to female issue. Female students that belong to members of opposing cult group are often raped. Some lecturers in campuses do lure female students into sexual relationship with promise of marks and money. Threat of failure awaits any female student that refuses to cooperate. In addition, anytime there is student unrest in campus, authorities do invite police and soldiers to maintain peace. Unfortunately, rather than maintaining peace, they seize the opportunity to rape and maim the innocent female students. It is high time the issue of sexual harassment be nipped in the bud for the society to be spared the consequences.
