Why She Does What She Does
Today my routine was altered, changed,redone. See I am the driver. Well today my riders got their own car. I must admit I will miss the drives.For you see every day but Mondays,I drive my roommates to their job.I enjoyed the drives, it was my routine. Okay I admit to being a creature of habit. No matter what happened I never lost sight of the fact that "I have someone's children in my car." I drive like everyone else on the interstate, which means at times I'm doing 75 or 80. I get into my 'driving zone', turn up the radio,wrap both hands around the wheel,and drive!
Although I am going to miss the driving a bit, I am at the same time relieved,I noticed that I don't do so well at night anymore.My car is in need of a lot of TLC. She needs her head gasket checked/replaced.My heater core needs to be re-connected. Now I have time for repairs.
Tomorrow I will have absolutely nothing to do all day!!! I'm already bored!
