Why Shop at the Salvation Army?

Do you love shopping, but are trying to stretch your dollars? Do you enjoy yard sales, or flea markets? Does your heart skip a beat when you find that unique something or antiquity? Shopping at yard sales and flea markets is a fun way to spend the day, but here in Northbridge Massachusetts, I found a Salvation Army thrift shop to die for.

Located on 135 Providence Rd. in Northbridge Massachusetts, there is a Salvation Army store jam packed with treasures from nearly brand new clothing to antiques! The store is quite large and brings in new merchandise daily, so there is always something new to discover.

This store is located in a small quaint New England town, surrounded by old homes and is chalk full of awesome merchandise. On any given day, one can find antique silver tea service, bone china pieces, wall art, furniture, books, just about anything you can think of. The merchandise if fairly priced and often there are sales on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There is something for everyone and in today's economy; we all need to be more conscience of what we're spending.

We all love a bargain for sure but remember when you purchase something from the Salvation Army; the proceeds go to a good cause! While you're enjoying that newly found treasure, the money you spend it going to help a needy family. Salvation Army fights poverty, homelessness, natural disasters and many other causes. So, shop till you drop, or at least until you're broke and feel good about supporting this worthwhile organization!
