I've had tons of dieting problems in the past. On several diets, I have been able to lose weight. However, using yo-yo diet methods, it's virtually impossible to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off. With fab diets, you lose weight quickly, but binge eating as soon as you get off the diet is what causes weight to come right back on. Additionally, yo-yo diets can make exercising hard. When you're not taking any calories in or are not taking in enough carbs, you can become tired and weak extremely easy.
The Ultimate Tea Diet diet is not a yo-yo diet at all. There is no starving yourself or making weird drink mixtures. The Ultimate Tea Diet encourages you to constantly eat the right portions and eat well. Before trying this diet, I had tried the infamous Lemon Detox Diet, which has been used by celebrities such as Beyonce, to lose weight fast.
The Lemon Detox Diet is nothing like the Ultimate Tea Diet. Instead, the former is basically a starvation diet in which you drink nothing but water and a few additional ingredients for days at a time. Not only is the taste disgusting, but it's not practical. I lost five pounds in two days while on the diet, but as soon as I stopped, I put back on another seven pounds since I stuffed myself after eating nothing for days.
The Ultimate Tea Diet is different, in a good way. First off, unlike other yo-yo diets, it encourages you to eat. It's important for you to eat well while trying to lose weight. What the Ultimate Tea Diet is all about is eating well and eating often enough in small portions. The recipes offered in the book are absolutely delicious and accommodate vegetarians as well as meat eaters. The Ultimate Tea Diet uses the magic ingredient of tea to naturally increase the body's metabolism and decrease appetite.
The diet also differs from other yo-yo diets, such as the Lemon Detox Diet, such that you won't lose weight immediately. The entire diet will allow you to lose weight the healthy way, which is slow and consistent. It also differs from fab and yo-yo diets because whole families can go on the diet. Recipes in the book show how whole meals can be made or how simple drinks can be put together to serve at any time.
