1. The Music: This movie had many memorable and catchy songs. My favorite songs were Pure Imagination, The Candy Man, and I've Got a Golden Ticket.
2: The Fantasy: I loved The Chocolate Room and the geese that laid golden chocolate eggs. I also liked the lickable wallpaper that tasted like different fruits.
3. Gene Wilder: Gene Wilder was the perfect Willy Wonka. He was part mad scientist and part genius candy maker. This was a delicious, pun intended, role for him.
4. Memorable Lines: This classic movie had memorable lines that I sometimes use today. My favorite lines include when the newscaster says that there are many more important things than Golden Tickets, however, he can't think of them right now. Also, I liked it when the guy told the computer what it could do with a lifetime supply of chocolate.
5. The Chocolate: I love chocolate and I want to dream in chocolate. I have to eat much chocolate every time I watch Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
6. The Morals: This movie is a classic because it taught children morals in a fun way. I think that the moral of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is everything in moderation.
7. Nice Kids Finish First: This movie shows that hard work and being nice pays off. Charlie was a good kid and he got a chocolate factory and a better life for himself and his family.
8. The Exits: I loved when Violet turned into a blueberry and when Veruca went down the garbage shoot. This movie seemed to show that if people aren't careful then, they will be done in by their vices.
9. Everlasting Gobstoppers: I love saying this from time to time. The most wanted candy in the world. I would love candy that lasts forever.
10. The Ending: I loved that Charlie lived happily ever after.
Movies are great and they have been a part of my life since I was a child. One of my favorite movies since the age of six is Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. This movie has great music, a great actor, and some great moments. That is why Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is a movie classic. Source: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, 1971
