Wicker Park Holds Aldermanic Candicate Forum

An Aldermanic Candidate Forum will be sponsored by the Wicker Park and Bucktown Chamber of Commerce in January of 2011. The Wicker Park and Bucktown Chamber, or WPBCC, have joined forces with the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce to offer two forums. One aldermanic candidate forum will be for the 32nd Ward and the other will be held for the 43rd Ward. Sponsors of the forums will be discussing community issues and will be developing relevant questions based on the input from those who live and work in these two communities.

The forum for the 43rd Ward candidates will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the DePaul University Student Center located at 2250 North Sheffield, in room 314. The forum for the 32nd Ward candidates will be held in the same location on January 20, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in room 220. Chicago faces a crucial election, and the forums will be a chance for aldermanic candidates to discuss issues affecting their neighborhoods.
