Memorial Day is the unofficial start of summer. That means a lot of people are making trips to friends and family. Others are staying home to resting. Memorial Day is also a time to heat up the grill. Here are some menu items for your Memorial Day Weekend.

Boneless Buffalo Wings: Buffalo wings have been stable for sports fans and pub foods for years. Now, you have this dish without any bones. All you need to slice whole chicken breasts to bite sizes pieces. In addition, you can also have them grilled not fried for a different take on a traditional food items. Other ideas include Buffalo chicken tenders and buffalo nuggets.

Philly Cheese Steak Burger: I pasted by a fast food joint that was promoting their new burger. My 1st reaction was who came up with this silly idea. On the other hand, I was like it may be better than I predicted. You can either use leftover steak from past dinners or Steak-um frozen strips from the supermarket freezers; mix them with peppers, unions, mushrooms. After you finish cooking the burger, you can add your Philly Cheese Steak Mix and cheese to make this unlikely Memorial Day Dish. Other menu ideas include Philly Cheese Steak Wrap.

Barbeque Chicken Wraps: You've seen those chicken wraps Fast Food Places have been advertising recently. This wraps does have the same ingredients as those other wraps, but it is barbequed. In addition, you can also cook the tortilla bread it covers. In addition, you can change the cheese from cheddar to pepper jack. You can also add your own dressings and spice to make it different from others.

Tex Mex Burgers: It's time to give your hamburger a little spice. All you're doing is taking the regular hamburger and adding a few things different. You replace the American cheese with Pepper Jack cheese. You create a sauce that combines mayo and Cajun seasonings. In addition, you can salsa for tangy taste. Here's the link for the recipes.

BBQ Pulled Sandwich: Whether it's pork, beef or chicken, these sandwiches are perfect for lunch or dinner. The best part is there's no rush in cooking the meat. The slow cooked will leave a great taste in your mouth. You can cook it with or without sauce while cooking. It's goes great with coal slaw, chips and fries.

Cheese Fries: It can be either an appetizer or side dish to your meal. Cheese Fries are a different take to French fries. You can add shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, etc) and cooked them in the oven, grill or microwave. Another option is getting Ragu Double Cheese sauce and adding different cheeses the sauce you'll pour on the fries or have it be the dipping sauce for the French Fries.
