Will Beyonce Please Sit Down?

I am in no way bashing Beyonce and those who listen to her. At one time I used to be a listener and supporter of her, but things have changed. Her voice has become more shrill and annoying to me, her riffs are all over the place and overly dramatic, and I have sensory overload from seeing her and hearing her constantly for an innumerable number of years.

I remember when musicians used to come out with an album about every 3, 4, or 5 years. It was almost as soon as you were wondering where they were they'd be coming out with a new album. Sure they may have made a guest appearance or two on someone's album but that was it. That's not the case today the same 4 or 5 singers and rappers are in constant rotation day in and day out year in and year out.

I don't know what genius decided to constantly have these "artists" plastered all over my TV screen, on magazines, or on my radio, but they need to rethink this publicity move. I think in the long run it does more damage to the credibility of the artists and hinders their longevity. This might not matter to those out to make a quick buck however.

Beyonce is one singer I would gladly appreciate going on a hiatus. I think it was the remix of Ushers In the Club playing on two radio stations at the same time that did it for me. I thought what did I do to deserve this torture two singers I can't stand and I can't get away from. Unfortunately its not all Beyonce and her contemporaries fault the recording and entertainment industry is the way it is, but they no doubt feed into.

It's all about the numbers for this business not necessary what the people like. If people are give 3 options they are undoubtedly going to end up liking one of those options not because they truly feel it but because its all they are given. There are other singers out with more credibility than these put on constantly, but when we have Beyonce in the way shakin' her body body in another sequined mini dress nobody else can shine through.

That's why I beg for Beyonce to please have a seat relax and chill out, at least from pubic view. Give us a break.
