Will Charlie Sheen's Rehab at Home Turn into Another Party

Charlie Sheen Has Opted for Rehab at Home Instead of Checking into a Rehab Facility

Poor old Charlie Sheen, who at only 45 is at a crossroads in his life where his health, wealth and career could all come to an end, if he isn't able to stop his non-stop partying.

Charlie Sheen, the star of the hit sitcom Two And A Half Men, was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday, after being admitted following two days of non-stop partying, with drinks, drugs and highly paid escorts.

Rather than go to a rehab facility for an extended time period, as many other celebrities who have suffered with similar problems have in the past, Charlie is apparently preferring to have the professionals come to him at home, albeit the same place that the wild party took place in last week.

According to CBS, production on the sitcom Two And A Half Men is set to continue, and the schedule will be revised to work around Charlie Sheen, and will obviously depend on how well he is progressing with his rehabilitation treatment.

Not everyone who is involved in the show's production is too happy with this obviously, as delays will affect their other projects, and are likely to cost them thousands of dollars.

As of now, two new episodes are scheduled to be aired on television on 7th February and 14th February, but beyond that, it's up to Charlie to be in a condition where he can return to work, and the show was placed on a production hiatus on Friday.

There's no such thing as "rehab at home." It's a joke. Sheen has no intention of getting clean and sober. He will die young. What a shame.

I pray that he recovers, but it is not only drugs and booze, he needs psychiatric counseling!

I read in a news report that the network will have to put episodes from other shows in place of the scheduled Two and a Half Men runs. It's sad, but I can't be upset with Sheen...he's falling where many have fallen before.

I can see a benefit in sticking with "business as usual" during rehab. Otherwise it's a bit like getting out of prison. Real life can hit hard.
