We are on the verge of finding out who the big Oscar winners are. Javier Bardem could potentially walk away with an Oscar for his performance in the exceptionally strong film, Biutiful.
The last actor to win the award for their work in a foreign film was Marion Cotillard for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in La Vie En Rose - the same year Bardem won Best Supporting Actor for No Country for Old Men.
Biutiful is also nominated for Best Foreign Language Film. We're rooting for I±¡rritu. This film is the strongest we've seen in years. Well done.
