Will Losing Weight Cause Your Breasts to Get Smaller?
A Common Question from Women Who Want to Lose Weight
The first thing to consider is have you ever been at the weight that you are currently trying to achieve as an adult? If yes then were your breasts the same size or smaller than they currently are? If they were the same size then you shouldn't expect any huge change. If they were smaller then they will most likely return to that size.
Now if you have never been at your desired weight we can still get an idea of how weight loss will affect your overall figure. Though you may have never been at your desired weight have you ever weighed less than you do now? If so did you notice any difference in your cup size from then to when you gained the weight? If yes then your breasts will probably get smaller, if not then the difference shouldn't be noticeable.
Why would losing weight have anything to do with a woman's breast size? A woman's breast tissue is mostly made from fat tissue. This is why overweight women tend to have much larger breasts than thin women, but there is much more to it than that. People have very different body types with very different "blue prints". You may see a woman with a huge butt and tiny breasts because her body is made to store fat in her bottom instead of her chest. Some women will store their fat in their chest, hips, and butt making them curvy with a smaller stomach and these women are considered lucky for being built this way, but at the end of the day you can't fight your genetics so it's important that you learn to throw those beauty magazines away and DO NOT try to look like someone else but instead work on being the best version of you that you can be. Remember the grass is always greener, so when you walk past a woman with the body type you want remember there's a 50/50 shot that she was looking at you with envy and if you two could change body types both of you would still be envious of the other. That's just how it works so as long as you strive for health and not vanity you will be much better off.
