Will Smith, the star of "Men in Black" twice is going for a third round. And this time around just might bring him 'round Cobble Hill.

Smith has been offered digs at a 75 Grand Avenue penthouse while he shoots the movie, according to the New York Observer. The penthouse is swank with "16-foot-high ceilings and mezzanines, full-aperture windows and European custom cabinetry." And the deal includes more than just living space. Free meals by Choice Market delivered right to Smith's door and chocolate massages from Clinton Hill's Body by Brooklyn are also part of the offer. There are, undoubtedly, other unreported perks for the star, as well.

Yet, the Observer speculates Smith might not accept the offer because "the building is half-a-block from the BQE (and) appears to be of the same middling construction of so much Brooklyn bubble architecture."

Say it ain't so. Has the once down-to-earth Fresh Prince really become that high and mighty?

If Smith doesn't want the penthouse, there are plenty of unemployed people, evicted, or struggling to pay rent who will gladly live in a penthouse a half of block from the BQE, "middling" construction or not. They need the free meals and the massages would give them a little relief from the daily stress of their hard lives.

Smith has time to decide whether or not he will snub the offer as the production of "Men in Black 3" is currently postponed due to rumored trouble on the set.

So, Cobble Hill, you may catch a glimpse of Will Smith, or you may not. Fans might want to keep their eyes open, just in case.
